Our approach to downtown revitalization begins with a competitive assessment in order to establish a framework of information about downtown. The framework enables us to customize strategies to induce public and private investment. These strategies typically involve a variety of local organizations, property owners and merchants. PGAV works to build local capacity in order to sustain a long-term revitalization program that preserves the unique character and sense of place inherent in downtown.
