PGAV is currently completing an Economic Development Strategic Plan for the City of Valley Park, Missouri. The City sought assistance with economic development planning in two key areas:

• Understanding the potential of development within the City

• Understanding how the City can play an active role in pursuing development

As a result, PGAV worked with the city to conduct a review of existing conditions and opportunities including a robust market analysis and a workshop with economic development stakeholders. The process focused on three key parts of the City that needed new development or revitalization. With this information, PGAV then created an economic development strategic plan to guide the City in the coming years. To assist in implementation, PGAV created marketing materials for the City, showing key sites available for development.
