TIF and Business District Planning

Since 2004, PGAV Planners has helped Moline City administration and economic development staff usher in exciting redevelopment projects in different parts of the City. This included establishing both new TIF districts pursuant to the Illinois TIF Act and business districts pursuant to the Illinois Business District Development and Redevelopment Law.

These districts have facilitated exciting new developments within the City including:

• KONE Centre (KONE TIF)

• Bass Street Landing (TIF No. 1)

• The Mills (Riverbend Commons TIF)

• Autumn Trails Senior Living (Bethany Home TIF)

In addition, the work has resulted in significant preservation of historic buildings and an increased economic development throughout the City.
