ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT AND FEASIBILITY STUDY

Client: United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians Category: Land Use Planning, Economic Analysis, Strategic Planning

PGAV completed a comprehensive feasibility study and organizational assessment for the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians of Eastern Oklahoma (UKB). Thanks to an Economic Development Administration grant, the UKB retained PGAV to help them develop a strategic approach to land use and development. They identified seven properties in Tahlequah and Tulsa that were either underutilized or vacant. This project included an extensive strategic planning effort for the tribe, as well as a comprehensive economic analysis and plan for their real estate holdings.
